Our Founder

Soraya Movassaghi is a lifelong Arizona native committed to helping local businesses thrive in our community. She earned her Bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Arizona, specializing in management strategy and operational efficiency — skills that directly inform MOVA's approach to streamlining business systems.

Throughout college and beyond, Soraya has been actively involved with Rotary. She has held several positions within a district level over the past seven years and currently serves as the President of Phoenix Rotary. These leadership roles allowed her to refine her management expertise while strengthening her connection to the Phoenix business community and local economy. Her passion for operational efficiency, combined with her commitment to the community of local entrepreneurship and service, drives MOVA's mission to provide strategic behind-the-scenes support that helps businesses scale sustainably.
